Biotinylated Human Nectin-4 (244-349), His,Avitag (NE4-H82Ed) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 244 - Ser 349 (Accession # Q96NY8-1).

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 15.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 18 kDa and 19-25 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
